Justin Bieber Confuses Fans With Strange Rant About God, Alaska, and Rats in Deleted Post, Raising Concerns About Drug Use
Trigger Warning: This article mentions drug addiction.
Justin Bieber left fans confused and worried after he shared a series of strange videos on social media. In the now-deleted post, the singer went on a rant about fishing in Alaska, God, and even rats — using a filter that distorted his face.
On Monday, the 31-year-old pop star uploaded 13 short videos in a carousel-style post, which he quickly deleted. In the clips, Bieber talked about a fishing trip he took in Alaska as a teenager.
“I was fishing on the dock… I must’ve been 17, 18, 19,” he said. “I reeled them in, Bobby, I reeled them in… about six on a good day. That’s just Alaska living.”
The conversation then took a spiritual turn. Bieber, who is open about his Christian beliefs, said, “G-o-d. Our boy Jesus has a plan, and he works all things together for Gucci,” explaining that “Gucci” means “good.”
Things got even more bizarre when he started talking about rats. “They want to be like a rat, stealing your cheese. Running on a wheel, going crazy, trying to take every last bit of your sanity,” he said.
He also spoke about values like loyalty and conviction, saying those are things he lives by. He then added, “Are you willing to sacrifice the very bones in your body? I am.”
The final video ended with Bieber saying, “I wanna tease ya. I wanna lima bean squeeze ya, but that ain’t the dealio here.”
These strange videos have only added to fans’ concerns about his behavior lately — both online and in public.
Earlier this year, his team denied rumors about drug use. Still, Bieber has been seen smoking marijuana in public, including at Coachella, where he was filmed lighting a joint next to his 15-year-old brother. In the clip, his wife, Hailey Bieber, can be seen moving the teen away.
Just last week, Bieber also posted a photo of himself using a glass bong.
