This year, Rajiv Adatia, who was recently seen in Celebrity MasterChef, shared his honest opinion about this trend, and his post caught the attention of Shalini Passi, one of the attendees.
Rajiv’s Bold Comment on Cannes 2025
Rajiv posted on Instagram, saying that Cannes used to feel like a grand event earlier, but now it feels more common — like going to a regular movie theatre.
He wrote: “Going to Cannes was like a wow moment before! Now seeing this year it’s like going to PVR Juhu! Vo chale hum bhi chale 😂.”
After he shared the post, Shalini Passi, who was also at Cannes this year, reacted by dropping laughing emojis on his post.
Later, Rajiv deleted the post from his main Instagram feed, but the message was still visible in his Instagram story.
