Munmun Dutta’s Morning Routine: Breakfast & Intermittent Fasting Secrets

What Does Munmun Dutta Eat for Breakfast? A Look at the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Actress’s 5:30 AM Morning Routine and Diet

Munmun Dutta, known for her role as Babita in the popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, is admired not just for her acting but also for her fit and healthy lifestyle. In one of her vlogs, Munmun shared details about her daily routine, her diet, and how she practices intermittent fasting to stay in shape. Let’s take a closer look at what she eats in a day.

🌅 Morning Routine (5:30 AM)

Munmun starts her day early, waking up at 5:30 AM. The first thing she does is drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Before heading to the gym, she eats a banana and a handful of dry fruits like soaked almonds and pistachios. This small snack gives her energy for her workout.

🍽️ Breakfast

After working out, Munmun usually prefers home-cooked breakfast—if her schedule allows. On busy days, she might skip a full breakfast and just drink a glass of milk or more water.

When she has time, she enjoys traditional Indian breakfast foods like Dosa, Poha, or Upma. In her vlog, she was also seen eating cereal with fresh fruits.

🥗 Lunch

Munmun loves homemade food, especially traditional Bengali dishes. Her usual lunch includes a mix of roti, rice, vegetables, and dal. Though she says she prefers rice over roti, she enjoys both.

One of her favorite meals includes:

  • Bengali-style Masoor dal made with panch phoron
  • Her favorite vegetable, bhindi (okra)
  • Radish curry
  • A healthy salad made of beetroot, carrots, and cucumbers, seasoned with black salt, pepper, and coriander
  • A spoonful of ghee, which she considers a good fat

Although she tries to avoid wheat, she admits that she still loves eating parathas occasionally.

🍎 Evening Snack

In the evening, Munmun keeps it light. She enjoys:

  • A bowl of fruit
  • Homemade masala quinoa
  • A cup of lemongrass and ginger tea

🍛 Dinner

For dinner, Munmun often eats the same meal as lunch or something similarly simple. One of her favorite dinner options is dal khichdi. Sometimes, she also likes to eat a half-fried egg with sourdough bread.

Through her vlog, Munmun Dutta shows how she balances healthy eating with flavorful Indian food, making sure her meals are both tasty and nutritious.
