Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update, September 30: Vidya Questions Kaveri About Job Offer to Abhira
In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Vidya confronts Kaveri about why she offered Abhira a job. Kaveri explains that she believes Abhira can help their firm grow.
Ruhi Encourages Abhira to Accept the Job Offer
The episode starts with Sanjay arguing about why Kaveri offered Abhira a job at Poddar Firms. Manoj smiles, and Kajal reminds him that it’s Kaveri’s firm, so she can make any decision. Sanjay feels he’s managed the firm well for years.
Armaan then asks Sanjay if he’s worried that Abhira might make the firm even better. Sanjay hints that Kaveri might have her reasons, as she doesn’t really like Abhira. Armaan starts to think about Abhira and Kaveri’s relationship.
Meanwhile, Abhira is in her room, thinking about the job offer. Ruhi comes in with some kheer (a sweet dish) and asks her to take the job so she can make her mom proud by becoming a great lawyer. Abhira tells Ruhi to stop giving advice and focus on her own life.
Manish, Suwarna, and Surekha then prepare to bring gifts for Ruhi and Abhira for a traditional ritual. As they leave, Manish trips and falls, worrying that something bad might happen.
Manish calls Abhira, and she sees him all dressed up. He says they are on their way to pick up the girls, but Ruhi and Abhira lie, saying they are busy with rituals. Ruhi also tells Manish about Kaveri’s job offer for Abhira. After the call, Manish smiles, knowing they are hiding something, but he feels happy that Ruhi and Abhira are bonding.
Vidya Questions Kaveri About Her Motives
Vidya confronts Kaveri, asking why she first accepted Abhira marrying Armaan and now offered her a job at the firm. Vidya feels that Kaveri is acting more like a mother-in-law than a mother. Kaveri calmly explains that she’s thinking about the future and believes Vidya will understand once she stops being stubborn.
Kaveri says she knows that Armaan will always support Abhira, and she’s realized that Abhira is talented and will be a successful lawyer. Armaan has always helped his family, and Kaveri believes he will keep the family together and successfully run the firm. She also mentions that Armaan can guide Rohit, who has struggled with some cases.
Vidya argues that Rohit is family and will be the one to manage the firm in the future. She also mentions that Sanjay bhaisa has done a lot for the firm. Kaveri responds that Sanjay is just their son-in-law and that he can carry on the Bansal family name, not the Poddar name. Sanjay and Kajal overhear this conversation.
Armaan Supports Abhira’s Decision
Later, Armaan finds Abhira thinking about Kaveri’s job offer. He tells her that whatever she decides, he will support her. Abhira then sees Manisha cooking in the kitchen and talks with Charu and Kiara about Kaveri’s offer. They hope Abhira accepts it, as it’s the first time Kaveri has offered a job to a female family member.
Vidya is performing a puja (prayer) and thinking about Kaveri’s words when she accidentally drops the plate. Armaan catches it but says he’s hurt. Rohit arrives and calls out Armaan, and the episode ends.
