Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh recently took a jab at fellow rapper Badshah through a social media post. The two have had a long-running feud, and it seems Honey Singh has reignited the tension.
In his Instagram story, Honey Singh shared a clip from Indian Idol 15 where Badshah, one of the show’s judges, was rapping during an audition. Honey Singh mocked Badshah’s lyrics in the post, writing, “If I wrote lyrics like these, my destiny would change,” followed by a laughing emoji.
Badshah is set to judge Indian Idol 15 alongside Shreya Ghoshal and Vishal Dadlani. So far, Badshah hasn’t responded to Honey Singh’s comment.
For those unaware, Honey Singh and Badshah have a history of not getting along, and they’ve taken shots at each other through diss tracks over the years. Back in May, during a performance in Dehradun, Badshah expressed his desire to end the feud, saying he wanted to move on from holding a grudge against Honey Singh.
However, in a recent interview with The Lallantop, Honey Singh mentioned that although fellow rapper Raftaar has made more diss tracks, he respects him more because of his talent and background. Honey Singh also made it clear that he has no plans to collaborate with Badshah, despite them both being part of the industry.
