Popular YouTuber Gaurav Taneja, also known as Flying Beast, recently shared his first picture with his wife Ritu Rathee after rumors of their divorce surfaced about a month ago. The couple had been in the spotlight due to these rumors, and they even confirmed that their marriage was going through a rough phase, asking for privacy from the public. But on October 18, Gaurav posted a happy photo with Ritu on social media.
In the picture, the couple is sitting in a car, with Ritu taking a selfie and smiling brightly. In his caption, Gaurav asked fans and followers to respect their privacy and explained why it’s important for people to stay out of their personal matters.
His caption read: “To everyone reading this, your parents might have also faced tough times in their marriage and didn’t tell you (their family). The message is simple: if your parents didn’t involve you in their issues, why should we involve you in ours? Every sensible person would understand this.”
While some fans appreciated the message and were happy to see the couple together again, others felt it might be a publicity stunt. For those who don’t know, the divorce rumors started when a video of Ritu Rathee visiting Premanand Ji Maharaj went viral. In the video, Ritu was seen asking if she should fight for custody of her kids and shared how heartbroken she felt despite loving her husband.
As the rumors spread, Gaurav posted on Instagram that he would stay quiet for the sake of his kids and their mother. He also pointed out how men are often painted as the villains in such situations. A few days later, Ritu shared an emotional video where she confirmed the divorce and spoke about how people were commenting on their personal issues.
