Sumedh Mudgalkar, famous for playing Krishna in the show RadhaKrishn, recently had an accident while filming an action scene for a new project. He suffered a nasal bone fracture and had to undergo surgery. Sumedh, who had taken a break from social media just before his birthday on November 2, decided to update his fans about his condition.
On Instagram, Sumedh shared a health update along with Diwali wishes for his fans. He thanked his fans for always making his birthday special and wanted to reassure them about his health.
In his post, Sumedh explained, “While shooting an action sequence, I was unlucky and ended up with a nasal bone fracture. I had surgery, and to everyone worried, I’m doing great and smiling wide!”
He added that there’s nothing to worry about and that he expects to recover in a few weeks. He joked that his “version 2.8” pictures would have to wait. Sumedh wanted to share this update himself so that his fans wouldn’t worry in his absence. He also promised to keep returning their love and support.
Many of Sumedh’s friends and fans showed their concern and wished him a speedy recovery. Comments included “Take care” from Sumbul Touqeer, “Be careful, champ. You’ll be back in no time,” from Kunwarr Amar, and “Get well soon, bhai. You’re strong!” from Siddharth Nigam.
Sumedh has appeared in many shows, including Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki, and Ali Baba: Ek Andaaz Andekha. However, his role as Krishna in RadhaKrishn made him a household name.
