Kushal Tandon, a popular television actor, recently revealed he was a victim of fraud after working with an energy drink brand. He shared that the brand owes him Rs 10 lakh for his work on a reel and publicly spoke about the issues he faced.
In a social media post, Kushal exposed the brand, saying they owed almost Rs 1.5 crore and warned others to be careful before working with them. He even shared a photo of the brand’s owner and tagged the manager he was in contact with during the project.
The Bigg Boss 7 star expressed his frustration, explaining he had to keep chasing the brand for payments. The company kept issuing cheques that bounced, and they repeatedly gave him false promises. Kushal shared, “After all agreements were met, the payments issued by cheque kept bouncing, which clearly showed a lack of accountability.”
He went on to say, “For over two months, they’ve given us empty promises and excuses. It’s clear now that they never planned to pay us.” He posted about this situation to warn others in the industry and asked his followers to spread the word to protect others from such deceitful practices.
Kushal Tandon is well-known on social media and gained fame in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai. He’s appeared in several shows like Beyhadh, Khatron Ke Khiladi 5, and Bigg Boss 7. His recent appearance was in the popular show Barsatein-Mausam Pyaar Ka, where he starred opposite Shivangi Joshi.
