He tells Jethalal, Bagha, and Natu Kaka that he is the former owner of the Cooling King company. He explains that the company shut down years ago due to a family dispute but now he has plans to revive the brand.
To bring his plan to life, Mr. Dankiwala asks Jethalal to find more Cooling King fridges in the market and give them to him. He offers ₹40,000 for each fridge, which leaves Jethalal surprised. To show his trust, Mr. Dankiwala gives Jethalal ₹2 lakh as an advance payment.
