Recently, she shared a heartfelt note about her meeting with host Salman Khan, where he showed immense kindness and support by asking about her cancer journey and boosting her confidence.
Hina’s Brave Journey
Earlier this year, Hina Khan revealed that she was diagnosed with Stage Three Breast Cancer. Since then, she has been open about her battle, inspiring many with her strength and courage.
On November 23, 2024, Hina took to Instagram to share pictures with Salman Khan from the Bigg Boss 18 set. She looked gorgeous in a silver pantsuit, while Salman kept it casual in a red shirt and dark gray jeans.
A Special Conversation
In her post, Hina praised Salman for his humility and kindness. She wrote, “I always take something valuable from my meetings with the kind and humble @beingsalmankhan.”
She went on to share details about their recent interaction, saying, “This time, it was different. After a long and tiring day of shooting, Salman took the time to meet me. He sat with me for almost an hour, asking about every little detail of my treatment. His effort to boost my confidence truly touched my heart.”

Hina revealed how Salman reassured her and shared his own experiences to give her hope. She wrote, “He not only shared his wisdom but also made sure I left feeling more confident. He told me I will be fine.”
Expressing her gratitude, Hina added, “Salman didn’t have to do any of this, but he did. Despite his busy schedule and workload, he made time to personally support me. This gesture was more than just support—it was a lesson for me. Thank you for being you, Salman. My highest regards for you, always.”
