MTV Hustle 4: Naezy Shares How He Started Rapping
MTV Hustle 4 continues to win hearts with its unique style and incredible performances. The show has become a game-changer for the rap industry, setting new standards. After an electrifying weekend featuring Raja Kumari, the show welcomed Naezy as a special guest. The talented rapper was blown away by the contestants’ performances and shared a heartfelt story about his early days in rap.
During a performance by Pho, Siyaahi, and Lashcurry of their track Baawe Hum Jeet Gaye, judges Raftaar and Ikka were deeply impressed by how they celebrated their individual strengths in perfect harmony. Naezy, inspired by their act, revealed:
“Maine bhi bahut saare gaane ratte, maine bhi waise hi shuru kiya tha (I also started by memorizing a lot of songs; that’s how I began too).”
He further explained how one song changed his life:
“Ek aisa gaana nikala jisse poora scene switch ho gaya, phir woh gaane ko tumne agar yaad karke tumne rap seekha hai toh tum ekdum sahi direction main ho bhai (I released a song that changed the entire scene, and if you’ve learned rap by memorizing that song, you’re heading in the right direction).”
Later, Dharmik and Sense delivered a powerful act showcasing the duality of human nature, leaving everyone speechless. Praising them, Naezy said:
“Tumhari performance ke baad main ek cheez toh bolunga—mera MTV Hustle pe aana vasool ho gaya (After your performance, I can say my visit to MTV Hustle was worth it).”
The energy of the night continued with an epic collaboration between 99side and Mumbai’s lyrical genius Gravity for their song Bambai City. Meanwhile, Naam Sujal and Vichaar delivered a meaningful rap titled Mudda Kya Hai, and Madtrip and Little Bhatia brought the house down with their track Neta G’s.
MTV Hustle 4 once again proved why it’s a must-watch for rap fans!
