Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update, December 20: Armaan Decides to Win Back Abhira’s Love
In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kaveri tries to persuade Armaan to sign the divorce papers, but he decides he wants to win back Abhira’s love.
The Drama Unfolds
Abhira wants to meet Armaan, but she stumbles and falls. Ruhi quickly helps her up. Abhira, upset, tells Ruhi she shouldn’t have helped her since she hates her. Abhira cries, saying that everyone hates her.
Manish warns Armaan, saying he will call the police if Armaan doesn’t leave. Armaan begs to meet Abhira, but Manish refuses. Arhira, still hurt, says she doesn’t want to meet him and doesn’t want to stay at the Poddar house. She asks Ruhi to take her home.
Ruhi agrees to take Abhira to the Goenka house, but Sanjay questions why Ruhi cares so much for Abhira. Armaan tries calling Abhira, but she doesn’t pick up. He leaves, feeling lost.
Family Concerns
Ruhi arrives at the Goenka house with Abhira and tells Manish that Abhira had been drunk and ended up at Poddar’s house. Surekha says they made things worse by telling Armaan that Abhira didn’t want to meet him. Armaan is heartbroken and cries, thinking about Abhira. Kaveri arrives to comfort him and advises him to sign the divorce papers, as the situation has become worse.
Abhira’s Realization
The next morning, Abhira wakes up and is told by Manish that she was drunk the night before. She decides she needs to talk to Abhir about her drinking habits. She gets a call and rushes out, telling Manish she’s not going to court. Meanwhile, Armaan is deep in thought about signing the divorce papers.
Armaan’s Decision
Kaveri stops Madhav from going to talk to Manish and Abhira. She tells the family that Armaan might sign the divorce papers. Everyone is shocked, and Armaan arrives to announce that he has signed the papers. He hands them to Kaveri and leaves.
New Beginnings
Abhira goes to college, where the students admire her. Armaan surprises Kaveri by saying he has joined the college as a guest lecturer. He tells her he changed his mind about signing the divorce papers because he wants to stay close to Abhira.
Armaan questions Kaveri about not telling him that Abhira was drunk at Poddar’s house. Kaveri explains that Abhira was upset and wanted to lash out. Armaan believes that Abhira still loves him, and he is determined to regain her love and trust.
A New Step
At college, some boys try to impress Abhira, but she stumbles and falls into Armaan’s arms. Armaan tells the boys to behave and announces that he is the guest lecturer. Abhira tries to leave, but Armaan stops her, reminding her not to break the rule. The episode ends with Armaan’s pledge to win Abhira’s love back.
