Anupamaa Written Update, January 14: Anupama Meets Mrs. Kothari at Her House —Here’s What Happens Next
In tonight’s episode of Anupamaa (January 14), Anupama and Rahi have an unexpected encounter with Mrs. Kothari at her house. Meanwhile, Mahi gets jealous and destroys Rahi’s kite.
The episode starts with the Shah family having fun flying kites and teasing each other. Anupama rushes off for work, and Rahi dreams about flying the kite with Prem. She notices a kite with the initials P and M on it and tries to save her kite as Mahi tries to cut it. Rahi successfully cuts Mahi’s kite, but later, while Rahi is drinking water, Mahi cuts the thread of Rahi’s kite and changes the initials to M. Mahi gets angry with Rahi and takes her kite away.
Rahi praises Anupama, but Anupama is worried about carrying food on her scooty. She calls Khyati to reassure her that all preparations are ready. Khyati is still worried, so Anupama comforts her. As Anupama and Rahi head to Khyati’s house, Rahi accidentally drops the food. Leela taunts her, feeling something wrong is going to happen.
While waiting for the signal, Rahi and Anupama chat on their scooty. A driver scolds a beggar who is knocking on the car window near Rahi’s scooty. In the process, Rahi accidentally scratches Parag’s car. Parag asks the driver to call another car and find the scooty’s number, planning to teach Rahi a lesson.
Rahi and Anupama arrive at Khyati’s house, amazed by the large mansion. The security guard calls Mrs. Kothari, who once had a fight with Anupama. When Mrs. Kothari sees Anupama on the camera, she orders the guard to keep Anupama waiting outside and takes a screenshot of the moment to send to Parag. After a while, Khyati calls and tells the guard to let Anupama inside.
Mrs. Kothari also tells the guard to allow Anupama in. As Anupama and Rahi enter, Anupama runs into Mrs. Kothari, whom she had fought with earlier. Rahi, unaware of the situation, introduces herself to Mrs. Kothari. Khyati arrives and informs Mrs. Kothari that Anupama is here to cook for the pooja. Mrs. Kothari tells Khyati to ask Anupama to use the back door, where workers enter.
The guard soon informs Khyati and Mrs. Kothari that Parag has arrived. Anupama and Rahi step aside as the guards ask them to move. Khyati and Mrs. Kothari greet Parag, who brings gifts. Mrs. Kothari asks why he is late, and Parag explains that two women damaged his car. He tells her that one of the women is the same person who fought with her. Parag then notices Anupama and Rahi.
The episode ends with Parag seeing them both.
