Bigg Boss 13 was filled with unforgettable moments, and one of the standout contestants was Shehnaaz Gill. Known for her bubbly personality and charm, she quickly became a fan favourite. However, her journey wasn’t without its ups and downs. One such incident involved host Salman Khan calling her “jealous” and “possessive,” which stirred a lot of emotions in the house.

During a Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman addressed the ongoing tension between Shehnaaz and Mahira Sharma. The two contestants often clashed, blaming each other for various issues. Mahira accused Shehnaaz of being jealous, pointing out that their fights stemmed from Shehnaaz’s possessive nature. Paras Chhabra added that Shehnaaz’s attitude was influenced by the love she received from the audience, which sometimes caused unnecessary conflicts.

To resolve the issue, a task was conducted where housemates voted on who they thought was more jealous—Shehnaaz or Mahira. Most of the housemates, including Asim Riaz, Rashami Desai, and Paras, voted against Shehnaaz, agreeing that her behavior showed jealousy. However, Sidharth Shukla, who shared a close bond with Shehnaaz, defended her. He explained that she wasn’t jealous but hurt by his conversations with Mahira, though they were never meant to upset her.

Despite Sidharth’s defense, Salman Khan pointed out that jealousy isn’t a bad emotion but advised Shehnaaz to manage her feelings more maturely. This led to an emotional breakdown for Shehnaaz, who felt cornered and accused everyone, including Salman, of being unfair. She even threatened to leave the house, feeling guilty for her heated reaction toward Salman.

Later, Salman confided in Sidharth, explaining that Shehnaaz’s possessiveness came from her feelings for him. He cautioned Sidharth to handle the situation carefully, warning that things could become more challenging outside the house.

Shehnaaz’s journey in Bigg Boss 13 remains one of the most memorable in the show’s history. Interestingly, in Bigg Boss 18, wildcard contestant Yamini Mahotra has been compared to Shehnaaz for her vibrant personality and emotional nature.

Shehnaaz’s time on the show truly left a lasting impact on viewers and continues to be a highlight in Bigg Boss history.
