In a new promo for Celebrity MasterChef, Nikki Tamboli surprises everyone, including judge Farah Khan, with her candid confession that she has never tasted brinjal.

Celebrity MasterChef, a culinary show featuring TV celebrities, is set to premiere later this month. The show promises drama, laughter, and delicious food as celebrities trade their glamorous lives for aprons.

In the latest promo, judge and chef Ranveer Brar announces a “4000-year-old mystery box challenge.” When the box is opened, Nikki Tamboli becomes visibly frustrated upon seeing brinjals as the main ingredient. She exclaims, “Mujhe pata bhi nahi hai ki baingan kaise karta hai. Maine kabhi khaya hi nahi hai baingan” (I don’t even know how a brinjal tastes. I’ve never eaten it).

Farah Khan, known for her wit, teases Nikki, asking, “Tu kya Switzerland mein rehti thi kya pehle?” (Did you live in Switzerland before?). The promo caption humorously adds, “Baingan ka bharta banega ya dimaag ka bharta hoga?” (Will it be brinjal mash or a brain mash?).

Drama in the Kitchen

The promo also hints at tensions between contestants. Nikki Tamboli and Gaurav Khanna are seen arguing during a challenge, leaving the judges surprised and other contestants uneasy.

Star-Studded Lineup

The show features a mix of TV stars and personalities, including Tejasswi Prakash, Dipika Kakar, Archana Gautam, Gaurav Khanna, Abhijeet Sawant, Rajiv Adatia, Kabita Singh, Chandan Prabhakar, Faisal Shaikh, and Usha Nadkarni. They will swap their usual routines for the kitchen, competing for the Celebrity MasterChef title.

Judged by Vikas Khanna, Ranveer Brar, and Farah Khan, the show will premiere on January 27 at 8 PM on Sony TV. Episodes will air Monday to Friday.
