Anupamaa Written Update, January 31: Prem Accuses Khyati and Parag of His Mom’s Death; Rahi Shares Her Future Plans
In tonight’s episode of Anupamaa, emotions run high as Prem blames Khyati and Parag for his mother’s death. Meanwhile, Rahi shares her future plans with Prem, leading to an intense conversation between them.
Parag Gets Angry at Prem
The episode begins with Anupama expressing her views, saying she will always support her daughter if she is unhappy in her marriage. Prem asks Vasundhara to stay calm and insists that marriage should be his decision, not anyone else’s.
However, Parag loses his temper and yells at Prem. In a fit of rage, he tells Prem to leave the house and never return. He warns the Kothari family that no one should mention Prem’s name again.
Parag is furious that Prem wants to be part of the Shah family instead of reconciling with his own family. He insults Prem, grabs him by the collar, and drags him out of the house. Everyone is shocked to see his anger. Parag disowns Prem and orders him to leave with the Shah family.
Anupama and Rahi ask Prem to go with them, but he refuses. Instead, Prem asks the Shah family to leave, and Anupama and Rahi leave with them.
Prem Blames Khyati and Parag for His Mother’s Death
After they leave, Prem lashes out at the Kothari family for flaunting their wealth to impress the Shahs. He accuses Parag of being manipulative and cunning. Gautam and Raja are happy to see tension between Parag and Prem.
Suddenly, Prem drops a shocking accusation—he blames Khyati and Parag for his mother’s death. He claims that his mother took her own life because of them.
Hearing this, Khyati and Parag get emotional. Anirudh is furious at Prem for making such accusations. He tells Prem that he doesn’t know the full truth about his mother’s death. As Anirudh is about to reveal the truth, Parag stops him.
Prem continues insulting Parag, calling him a bad father and a bad husband. Vasundhara begs Prem to come home, but he refuses and storms off angrily.
Tensions Rise Between the Families
The Kothari family is deeply shaken by Prem’s departure, while the Shah family continues criticizing them. Anupama and Rahi worry about Prem.
Meanwhile, Prem drives recklessly and crashes into a shop. Seeing the chaos, Toshu and Pakhi blame Anupama and Rahi for everything. Leela, Pakhi, and Toshu also accuse Rahi of causing the misunderstandings between Prem and the Kotharis.
Leela then blames Anupama, saying that she never wanted Rahi and Prem to marry. Anupama defends herself, saying she has suffered emotional trauma and doesn’t want Rahi to go through the same pain.
Rahi’s Future Plans
Rahi gets a phone call and rushes to meet Prem. Meanwhile, Khyati tells Vasundhara that they should not have forced Rahi and Prem to marry so soon.
Vasundhara angrily scolds Khyati, saying she sounds just like Anupama. She reminds Khyati that Prem is hurt because of her marriage to Parag.
Khyati gets emotional and tells Parag that it hurts her to see Prem blame her for his mother’s death. Parag, however, refuses to forgive Prem.
Later, Rahi meets Prem, and they talk about their family problems. She tells him that she wants to go to Mumbai to study hotel management. Prem says that if he joins her, it could help their business.
The two have a heartfelt conversation, ending the episode on an emotional note.
