Farah Khan recently invited Bigg Boss 18 winner Karan Veer Mehra to appear on her vlog. The two had a fun chat about his time on the show, his co-contestants, his personal struggles, and more. But the biggest surprise came when Farah revealed an interesting secret about Shilpa Shirodkar and the iconic song Chaiyya Chaiyya.
Farah Khan’s Big Revelation About ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’
During their conversation, Farah told Karan that she originally wanted Shilpa Shirodkar to perform Chaiyya Chaiyya instead of Malaika Arora. She explained,
“I went to Shilpa and asked her to do ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya.’ But something must have happened because, at that time, she weighed almost 100 kg. So I thought, ‘How will she climb onto the moving train?’ And if she gets on, where will Shah Rukh Khan stand?”
This hilarious revelation left Karan Veer Mehra laughing. He even joked that if Shilpa had been on the train, they wouldn’t have needed any backup dancers!
