In the February 2 episode of “Anupamaa,” Prem returns to the Kothari mansion after Anil informs Parag that seeing Prem might help Vasundhara recover. Upon seeing Vasundhara unconscious, Prem becomes emotional, sings to her, and reminisces about their special moments. Vasundhara eventually wakes up, bringing joy to everyone. However, Leela is upset because Anupama and Rahi accompanied Prem to the Kothari house. The family prays for Vasundhara’s recovery.
Feeling relieved by Vasundhara’s improvement, the Kothari family is taken aback when she requests to speak privately with Anupama, Rahi, and Prem. Parag initially refuses, but Vasundhara scolds him, leading him to apologize and agree to her wishes. Meanwhile, Toshu and Pakhi discuss the possibility of Prem reconciling with his family, hoping it might fulfill their own dreams.
In private, Vasundhara reflects on her age and declining health. She tells Prem he is welcome to return home anytime but expresses concern that if she passes away, she won’t be able to see him again. She then makes a heartfelt request: she wishes for Prem and Rahi to marry while she is still alive, acknowledging they might not be ready but insisting it’s her last wish.
Parag worries about the implications of Vasundhara’s request. Vasundhara reassures Prem and Rahi that she will support them in pursuing their dreams after marriage and promises to persuade Parag not to interfere. She pleads with them to honor her final wish. However, Rahi expresses her desire to go to Mumbai to pursue her dreams before marrying Prem and asks Vasundhara not to impose the condition of marriage.
Rahi shares her aspirations with Vasundhara, seeking understanding. While Vasundhara is happy that Rahi and Prem want to pursue their dreams, she insists they should do so after marriage. Anupama reflects on how her own dreams of having a career post-marriage were shattered by Leela. Vasundhara then asks Anupama to help convince Rahi and Prem. She also requests Prem to stay with her, to which Rahi assures her that he will.
Anupama becomes concerned that Vasundhara is manipulating Rahi. Rahi informs Parag that Prem will stay at the Kothari house until Vasundhara recovers, bringing joy to the Kothari family. Khyati becomes emotional upon realizing that Prem will be returning home. The Shah family bids farewell to Prem as he prepares to leave for the Kothari house, and Anupama worries as he departs. Upon his arrival, Vasundhara welcomes Prem and informs him that she has prepared the house for him. However, he replies that his preferences have changed.
