Gauahar Khan’s Big Investment
Gauahar Khan is a well-known name in the entertainment industry. Over the years, she has impressed audiences with her acting skills and has become one of the most reliable stars in showbiz. Now, as per recent reports, she has made a big real estate investment by purchasing a luxurious property in Andheri West.
According to News18, Gauahar Khan has bought three properties in Versova, Andheri West, for a total of ₹10.13 crore. Property registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) confirm the purchase.
All three apartments are in the same residential project. One apartment, worth ₹2.80 crore, is solely in Gauahar’s name, while the other two were purchased together with her husband, Zaid Darbar.
Details of the Property
The reports say that all transactions were registered in February 2025. According to Square Yards, which reviewed the IGR documents, Gauahar and Zaid bought the properties in Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society Limited in Versova.
Gauahar’s personal apartment has a carpet area of 1,104.75 square feet (approx. 102.64 square meters) and a built-up area of 123.20 square meters (around 1,326.11 square feet). The deal also includes one parking space. This transaction required a stamp duty of ₹13.98 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
In another deal, Gauahar and Zaid jointly bought two more apartments in the same project. As per Square Yards’ analysis of IGR property records, the total cost of these two flats was ₹7.33 crore.

Versova, located in Mumbai’s western suburbs, is a prime residential area. It is well-connected to major business and entertainment hubs, making it a popular choice among celebrities and professionals.
Gauahar Khan’s Work
