However, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) is now demanding his removal from Laughter Chefs 2 due to his recent controversial remarks.
FWICE’s Strong Stand Against Elvish Yadav
BN Tiwari, President of FWICE, has written a letter to the channel airing Laughter Chefs 2, urging them to take strict action against Elvish. In the letter, he stated:
“We strongly condemn the promotion of Mr. Elvish Yadav. He has made racial comments against Bigg Boss 18 contestant Chum Darang, which have sparked major backlash on social media.”
Past Legal Cases Against Elvish Yadav
FWICE also highlighted that Elvish has several legal cases against him, including:
- Snake venom case (where he was accused of arranging snake venom for rave parties)
- Rave party case (involving illegal activities)
- Legal charges under the Wildlife Act in Noida
Concerns Over Elvish’s Influence on Youth
BN Tiwari further emphasized that Elvish Yadav has a huge fan following, especially among the youth. FWICE believes his actions could negatively influence young people, encouraging them to engage in illegal activities. The letter stated:
“We strongly condemn his actions that harm society and go against our country’s values.”
Demand for Elvish’s Removal from Laughter Chefs 2
The federation has urged the channel to end their association with Elvish Yadav, stating:
“We object to Colors Channel promoting Elvish Yadav and request you to remove him from the show for the betterment of society. We hope you understand the seriousness of this issue and take immediate action.”
What Happens Next?
So far, the channel has not responded to FWICE’s demand. It remains unclear whether Elvish will continue on Laughter Chefs 2.

Elvish Yadav’s racist and offensive comments about Chum Darang have angered many, including The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW). This latest controversy has only added to the list of troubles surrounding him.
