Rakhi Sawant Reacts to Maharashtra Cyber Cell Summon in Ranveer Allahbadia Row
Reality TV star Rakhi Sawant has reacted to the Maharashtra Cyber Cell’s summon in connection with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia’s controversial comments on comedian Samay Raina’s show, India’s Got Latent. She has been asked to appear before the cyber police on February 27 to record her statement.
Rakhi Sawant’s Reaction
In a video shared by Viral Bhayani, Rakhi expressed her frustration over being summoned. She said there was no need for her to go in person, as the authorities could simply video call her if they had any questions.
🗣 “I am an artist. I was invited for an interview, I got paid, and I did my job. That’s it. I didn’t abuse anyone, so why are they calling me?” she asked.
She also urged the police to focus on more serious crimes instead of treating her like a criminal.
👉 “There are rape cases of young girls and elderly women pending. Solve those first,” she said.
Rakhi Claims She is Struggling Financially
Rakhi further revealed her financial struggles, saying that she currently lives in Dubai without any work.
💰 “I don’t have money. I am poor. What will you do by calling me? Punish the real criminals instead,” she pleaded.
She also made an emotional appeal:
👉 “Girls are getting raped every day. Have pity on them and their parents. Punish their criminals, please. I haven’t committed any crime. I am a white-collar person.”
Other YouTubers Also Summoned
Meanwhile, YouTubers Ranveer Allahbadia and Ashish Chanchlani have also been called in to record their statements on February 24. The controversy surrounding India’s Got Latent continues, with many public figures now involved.
