In a new promo of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16, a member of the live audience directly asked him, “Kaha jaana hai?” (Where are you going?) They reminded him of his tweet and added, “Jaane ka samay aagaya hai matlab…?” (Does ‘time to go’ mean…?)
Hearing this, Amitabh Bachchan smiled and asked if his tweet was really that confusing. The audience quickly responded, “Aap yahan se kahin nahi jaa sakte!” (You cannot go anywhere from here!)
Big B Explains His Tweet
Finally, Amitabh Bachchan clarified the meaning behind his post. He said,
“Are bhai sahab, humko kaam par jaane ka samay aagaya ha.”
(Oh brother, it was simply time for me to leave work!)
He further explained,
“I finish work at 2 AM, and by the time I reach home, it’s already quite late. While writing the tweet, I was so sleepy that I dozed off, and the message remained incomplete!”
His explanation left the audience laughing, as it turned out the whole confusion was simply because he fell asleep while tweeting!
