Samarth Jurel recently opened up about how much he earned per day on his debut show, Udaariyaan, and his second show, Maitree, during a chat with Elvish Yadav.

Samarth Jurel Talks About His First Salary

Samarth Jurel is a popular name in the entertainment world. Fans love him for his fun, bold, and unfiltered personality. While he became widely known after Bigg Boss 17, he actually started his acting career with the show Udaariyaan, produced by Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey.

Recently, Samarth appeared on Elvish Yadav’s YouTube show, where he revealed his per-day earnings from his first two TV shows.

Elvish asked Samarth how much he was paid per day on Udaariyaan, to which he replied, “Mera toh bohot kam tha yaar (Mine was very less).” He then shared that his per-day pay for his debut show was ₹5,000.

Talking about his next show, Maitree, Samarth revealed that his per-day salary doubled to ₹10,000. Hearing this, Elvish Yadav praised him, saying that even this amount is quite good. Samarth explained that, since he was just starting out in the industry, his pay was on the lower side.

Samarth Jurel’s Journey in the Industry

Samarth began his acting career with Udaariyaan, where he worked alongside Isha Malviya, Abhishek Kumar, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, and others. However, he became a household name after his appearance on Bigg Boss 17.

On Udaariyaan, Samarth and Isha Malviya became close and started dating. But when he entered Bigg Boss 17 as a wild card contestant, it was a big shock for both Isha and the audience. Before his entry, Isha had claimed to be single, but when Samarth arrived, she finally admitted to being in a relationship with him. However, after the show, Samarth and Isha broke up.

Currently, Samarth Jurel is seen on Laughter Chefs Season 2, where he is paired with Abhishek Kumar.
