MTV Roadies XX: Rannvijay Singha Shares Why He Joined Season 1, Remembers His Journey

MTV Roadies XX has kept fans glued to their screens with its mix of adventure, rivalry, and tough competition. The Roadies are now leaving Hampi and heading to Mysuru, marking a major turning point in the journey. But before that, Rannvijay took a moment to reflect on his own Roadies experience.
Why Rannvijay Joined Roadies
Talking about how it all started, Rannvijay shared:
“I want to tell you the story of how it all began for me. The first season of MTV Roadies happened in 2003. I saw an ad on MTV that said if you want to win a Karizma bike, you should participate in this show. That’s the only reason I joined Roadies! When I was selected, there were many colored bikes, but my eyes were on the yellow Karizma. I went for it.”
He added:
“Throughout the journey, I rode that Karizma, and it became an iconic color. Now I’m back, and Karizma is back too—it feels like life has come full circle for me.”
New Challenges in Mysuru
As the nostalgia fades, the competition gets tougher in Mysuru. The next task will be played in teams of three—each team will have:
✅ One boy
✅ One girl
✅ One rival team member
The challenge starts with the girls breaking through barriers to find a hidden jewel buried in the sand. Once they get the jewel, they pass it to their “adopted” teammate, who must cross a pit while two boys try to stop them. The final goal? Place the jewel on the crown.
There are four jewels in total, but whoever secures the red jewel will get a special advantage!

Prince Narula’s Birthday & More Twists!
After the intense challenge, the Roadies celebrate Prince Narula’s birthday. But the fun doesn’t last long, as Mysuru has another test waiting.
The next day, the Roadies reach Devaraja Market for a crazy barter task called ‘Kele ya Lele’, where they can win Roadiums (game currency).
🟡 Six contestants will play in teams of two.
🍌 Each team starts with just one banana!
🔄 The teams trade it for something better, and the gang with the most valuable item at the end wins the maximum Roadiums!
Tensions Rise Between Rhea & Yaashvi
After the task, things get heated as Rhea Chakraborty snaps at Yaashvi, saying:
“If you keep talking when I am talking, then it’s going to be a big problem.”
With rivalries growing, it will be interesting to see who wins over their Gang Leaders and who faces elimination.
