Asim Riaz removed from Battleground after a fight with Abhishek Malhan?
Asim Riaz, who became popular after Bigg Boss 13, is once again making headlines. This time, it’s because of a reported fight on the sets of his current reality show Battleground. According to recent reports, Asim has been removed from the show after a heated argument with co-gang leaders Abhishek Malhan and Rubina Dilaik.
Asim is one of the gang leaders on Battleground, a web-based reality show. But on April 17, things reportedly went out of control during the shoot. As per a report by India Today, Asim and Abhishek Malhan got into a serious fight that started as a small disagreement but quickly turned ugly.
A source told the media, “It looked like a small issue at first, but it turned into a big fight. Rubina Dilaik stepped in to calm things down, but Asim allegedly insulted her too. The situation got tense, and the shoot was called off. Everyone went back to their vanity vans.”
Because of this, Asim was reportedly asked to leave the show. However, reports suggest that his team and the show’s producers are still attempting to resolve the issue. As of now, Asim has not shared any statement about the situation.
Battleground is a new reality web show that began streaming on Amazon MX Player from April 5. The show features Rubina Dilaik, Rajat Dalal, Abhishek Malhan, and Asim Riaz as gang leaders of four different teams — Haryana Bulls (led by Rajat), Mumbai Strikers (led by Rubina), Delhi Dominators (led by Abhishek), and UP Dabangg (led by Asim). Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan is also a part of the show, playing a leadership role.
The show includes team rivalries, exciting face-offs, and unexpected drama. It airs daily and is expected to continue for four weeks.
