EXCLUSIVE: Ayesha Khan Was Offered a Popular Reality Show — And It Wasn’t Bigg Boss or Khatron Ke Khiladi!

Ayesha Khan, known for her roles in South Indian movies and her appearance on Bigg Boss 17, recently revealed something interesting during an interview with Pinkvilla. While fans were hoping to see her on TV again, Ayesha shared that she was approached for a well-known reality show — and no, it wasn’t Bigg Boss or Khatron Ke Khiladi. It was Laughter Chefs.

In an exclusive chat, Ayesha said she was offered a spot on the second season of the cooking comedy show Laughter Chefs. However, she had to turn it down. She explained, “I’ve received quite a few reality show offers, but my schedule didn’t allow me to take them. I was approached for Laughter Chefs, but I was already shooting for something else, so I couldn’t say yes. I’d love to do it in the next season or whenever it’s possible.”

For those who may not know, Laughter Chefs 2 premiered on January 25, 2025. Filming started about a month before that and included stars like Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel.

Ayesha also talked about her upcoming projects. She excitedly shared, “There’s one very special project that we’ve finished shooting. I also worked on a Marathi film. These are two projects I’m really looking forward to.”

This confirms Ayesha’s entry into the Marathi film industry, and fans are excited to see her in this new space.

With ongoing buzz about Khatron Ke Khiladi, Ayesha was asked if she’d ever join the action-based reality show hosted by Rohit Shetty. She replied, “Never say never, but I don’t think it’s the right show for me right now. I don’t always feel well, health-wise, and the show demands a lot of physical strength. I might consider it in the future when I’m ready.”

She also opened up about how she deals with negativity on social media. Ayesha said, “I learned how to handle it a long time ago. I post my content and move on. I understand I’m a public figure, and people will have opinions—some right, some wrong. But I don’t waste my energy trying to fix or respond to everyone.” She added that her approach is simple: “Out of sight, out of mind.”

In terms of current work, Ayesha Khan is playing the lead role in the show Dil Ko Rafuu Kar Lei.
