Rondell Sheridan, Star of That’s So Raven, Hospitalized with Pancreatitis and Asks Fans for Help with Medical Bills
Rondell Sheridan, who is famous for playing Victor Baxter on That’s So Raven, is currently in the hospital with a severe case of pancreatitis. He has been hospitalized twice since April.
The 65-year-old actor shared a video from his hospital bed on Wednesday, asking his fans for help. He explained that he has set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for his medical bills. Sheridan also mentioned that he has not been able to work because of his illness and is facing financial difficulties.
In the video, an emotional Sheridan said he is trying to raise $35,000, and so far, $25,000 has already been donated. His friend, Isabel Beyoso, helped him set up the GoFundMe page. She shared more details about his condition, writing, “Rondell Sheridan has been admitted to the hospital twice in the past month because of a very severe case of pancreatitis.”
Beyoso continued, “He hasn’t been able to work since April 12, 2025, and will not be able to return to work for an unknown amount of time.” Doctors are still not sure how long it will take for him to recover. Sheridan explained in the video that he needs to wait for the inflammation to go down, and while doctors are monitoring him, there isn’t much they can do. Right now, he is bedridden.
Beyoso ended her message by saying, “Every little bit helps, and Rondell appreciates all the support.”
In addition to That’s So Raven, Sheridan has appeared in other shows like The Jamie Foxx Show, Kenan & Kel, Cousin Skeeter, and A Different World. He also starred in the spinoffs Cory in the House and Raven’s Home.
