Aditi Sharma on Divorce: ‘I Don’t Want to Create a Mess’
Television actress Aditi Sharma is going through a tough time as she heads for divorce just six months after secretly marrying Abhineet Kaushik.
Aditi Breaks Silence on Divorce
Aditi Sharma has been in the news ever since her secret wedding with longtime partner Abhineet Kaushik was revealed. It was Kaushik who made their marriage public by sharing wedding pictures. Now, Aditi has finally spoken about the ongoing controversy.
Aditi is not willing to share details about her divorce at the moment. She said she doesn’t want this matter to turn into a public argument, stating, “I will answer, he (Abhineet) will answer, but I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to create a mess.”
She further added, “I know everyone is trying to understand the situation, but I won’t comment on it now. This matter will go to court, and things will be solved there. It should be settled where it started.”
Serious Accusations from Both Sides
For those unaware, Aditi Sharma and Abhineet Kaushik have accused each other of serious things. Kaushik claimed that Aditi was cheating on him with her Apollena co-star Samarthya Gupta. He also alleged that Aditi demanded ₹25 lakhs as a divorce settlement.
Reacting to these accusations, Aditi said that Kaushik misbehaved with her and her family on multiple occasions. She also called him “insecure,” revealing that he even installed a tracking device in her car.
Speaking about the alimony issue, Aditi told ETimes TV that she had filed for divorce two months ago, and at that time, there were no discussions about alimony. She claimed that it was Kaushik’s family who brought up the topic. Aditi also stated that she had some of her money in Kaushik’s account and only asked him to return it.
This divorce battle is expected to continue in court, where both sides will present their proofs and arguments.
