Shivam Khajuria Reveals Alisha Parveen Missed Anupamaa Director’s Birthday Party: ‘She’s in Shock’
The popular TV show Anupamaa has been making headlines lately, especially after a recent leap and some actors leaving the show. The latest controversy revolves around Alisha Parveen, who played Raahi. Reports say she has been replaced, and her co-actor Shivam Khajuria shared that Alisha didn’t attend the director’s birthday party because she’s in shock over the news.
Speaking to Telly Talk India, Shivam explained that some of his comments were misquoted in the media. He clarified,
“I did call Alisha to check on her but didn’t speak much. She’s in shock, and I didn’t want to upset her more by asking too many questions about her exit.”
Shivam also admitted that he was surprised to hear about Alisha’s departure from the show. He immediately called her after learning the news through media reports, but their conversation was brief. Reflecting on their friendship, he said,
“Alisha is a wonderful person, and we share a strong bond of friendship.”
Who Will Replace Alisha Parveen as Raahi?
Reports suggest that Adrija Roy might step into the role of Raahi opposite Shivam, who plays Prem. When asked if he has started working with Adrija, Shivam responded,
“I don’t know who my new co-star will be. I’ll find out once I get to the set.”
For those unfamiliar, Adrija Roy became well-known for her performance in Imlie and recently replaced Sana Sayyed in Kundali Bhagya.
