One day, he walked from Vile Parle station to Amitabh Bachchan’s house, carrying a small bag and silently wishing to make it to the KBC hot seat.
Moved by Nishant’s determination, Amitabh Bachchan shared his own memories of struggling to find work in his youth. The legendary actor said, “I also learned the roads by walking. It’s not like I’ve always traveled by car. You at least had a bag; I didn’t even have that. When I was job-hunting, I would get off at the station and walk everywhere on foot. I know where everything is and how to get there.”
With a smile, he added, “I never imagined that this house, Jalsa, would one day be mine!”
