Several people from the show, including Ranveer Allahbadia, Apoorva Mukhija, Samay Raina, and Ashish Chanchlani, were accused of promoting inappropriate content. This affected both their personal and professional lives, causing major setbacks in their work. Now, Ashish Chanchlani has shared an update about his life and upcoming projects.
Taking to his Instagram story, Ashish thanked everyone who checked in on him during this tough time. He shared, “I’m doing fine. The last month was very rough, but it’s okay. My dad says that even from such situations, you learn something.”
Talking about his work, he said, “Obviously, our project got delayed. But I promise you, we are fighting every day and working really hard.”
Ashish further mentioned that his team of 20-30 people is constantly working, saying, “Whenever it comes out, just support us. We are putting in all our efforts, and no day is going to waste.”
He also expressed gratitude for his fans, adding, “I read all your messages, and that is my only hope and strength. It gives me the motivation to keep working. Thank you, I am forever grateful to have people like you.”
On Instagram, Ashish also shared a picture of his editing process, writing, “Wish us big luck. We are scared.”
For those unaware, the controversy started when Ranveer Allahbadia and Apoorva Mukhija’s remarks were heavily criticized. Since the incident took place on Samay Raina’s show, India’s Got Latent, several creators, including Samay and Ashish, faced backlash. As a result, all episodes of the show were removed from YouTube.
