Avneet Kaur Shares a Shocking Incident From a Holi Celebration
Actress Avneet Kaur recently opened up about a disturbing experience she faced during a Holi celebration. In an interview, she revealed how a guy misbehaved with her and what she did to teach him a lesson.
Avneet Kaur Stood Up for Herself
Avneet Kaur has been in the entertainment industry since she was a child and has gained immense popularity over the years. In a recent conversation with Hauterrfly, she shared an incident from her younger days when a guy threw a water balloon at her inappropriately.
Recalling the moment, Avneet said,
“During Holi, I had asked a boy not to throw water balloons at me, but he still threw one on my bum. I thought, ‘Now you’re done for! You don’t know how dangerous I can be.’ I grabbed a bat and hit him properly!”
Her Mother’s Bold Response
After the incident, the boy’s mother approached Avneet’s mother to complain. But Avneet’s mom had the perfect response.
“His mother came to my mom and said, ‘Your daughter hit my son.’ My mother simply replied, ‘Because he misbehaved. What else should she do?’”
Avneet also mentioned that when she was younger, she would never tolerate such behavior and would punish misbehaving boys herself.
Avneet Kaur’s Journey & Future Projects
In the same interview, Avneet talked about her early days in Jalandhar and how her mother made sacrifices to support her dreams. She started her career as the youngest contestant on dance reality shows like Dance India Dance (DID) and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Avneet also shared that her mother had to give up her education due to an early engagement.
On the work front, Avneet Kaur will soon be seen in her upcoming projects, including Love in Vietnam and the Hollywood film Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.
