EXCLUSIVE: Bhavika Sharma says she is not returning to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin
Bhavika Sharma has finally spoken up about the rumors saying she might return to the popular TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.
What’s happening with the show?
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin was once one of the top shows on television. Viewers loved the cute and romantic chemistry between Bhavika Sharma and Hitesh Bharadwaj, who played Sai Chavan and Rajat Thakkar. But after both of them left the show and a new leap in the storyline, the makers have been struggling to win back the same love from the audience.
Are the rumors true?
Recently, there were reports that Bhavika Sharma might come back to the show. To find out the truth, Pinkvilla asked Bhavika directly. She denied the news and said, “The makers haven’t approached me yet, but this show is very close to my heart. I would love to go back!”
A quick recap of the story so far
In the earlier version of the show, actors Ayesha Singh, Neil Bhatt, and Aishwarya Sharma played the lead roles. After their characters were shown dying in the story, the show took a leap and focused on their daughter. Bhavika Sharma played the grown-up daughter, and her love interest was played by Shakti Arora.
Just when Bhavika and Shakti’s characters were about to get married, the story took a sudden turn and Shakti’s character was killed off.
At first, fans were unsure about Bhavika being paired with someone new. But her chemistry with Hitesh Bharadwaj won everyone over, and the show’s ratings improved. After giving a happy ending to Sai and Rajat’s story, the makers introduced a new storyline.
What’s happening now?
The current track features Sanam Johar, Param Singh, and Vaibhavi Hankare, and once again, it follows a love triangle theme. Even though the cast includes some well-known faces, the show is still struggling to stay strong in the TRP charts.
Fans are now waiting to see what new twists and turns the makers will bring to bring back the magic and boost the ratings.
