In the Bigg Boss 18 episode on November 22, Yamini Malhotra got upset after Digvijay Rathee body-shamed her by calling her an “elephant” (haathi). Here’s what happened:
The Incident
During the episode, Digvijay was sitting on the bed, and Yamini asked him to assign some house duties. Behind him was a painting of an elephant. Yamini pointed it out, and Digvijay jokingly responded, “Samne bhi haathi hai” (There’s an elephant in front of me too).
He then repeated, “Samne bhi haathi hai, piche bhi haathi hai” (There’s an elephant in front and behind). Yamini was confused and upset by his comment. She replied, “Aise mat bolo. Audience kya bolegi meri?” (Don’t say that. What will my audience think of me?)
She laughed it off but added, “I’m making you the king, and you are calling me an elephant.”
The Drama Continues
The tension between contestants increased in the next episode. Digvijay had a big argument with Vivian Dsena, Avinash Mishra, Alice Kaushik, and Eisha Singh over cooking duties. Meanwhile, Karan Veer Mehra and Avinash Mishra also clashed, with Karan mocking Avinash’s career and Avinash responding with personal comments about Karan’s life.
What’s Next?
Digvijay Rathee joined the Bigg Boss 18 house as a wild card contestant, along with Kashish Kapoor. This week, several contestants, including Digvijay, Vivian Dsena, and Avinash Mishra, are nominated for eviction.
In the upcoming episode, Digvijay will get special powers to save Kashish from the nominations. It will be interesting to see if he decides to save her or keep her nominated.
