Bigg Boss 18: Digvijay Rathee Body Shames Yamini Malhotra, Calls Her ‘Haathi’; See How She Reacted
The drama in Bigg Boss 18, hosted by Salman Khan, keeps getting more intense with every episode. On the November 22 episode, a shocking moment occurred when wild card contestant Digvijay Rathee body-shamed fellow contestant Yamini Malhotra by calling her haathi (elephant).
What Happened?
During the episode, Digvijay, who is this week’s Time God in the Bigg Boss house, was sitting on an upper bed with an elephant painting behind him. Yamini jokingly pointed out the painting, saying, “There’s an elephant behind you.”
Digvijay quickly responded with, “Samne bhi haathi hai (There’s an elephant in front of me too),” implying it was Yamini. At first, Yamini seemed confused but soon realized what he meant. He repeated the comment, saying, “Samne bhi haathi hai, piche bhi haathi hai (There’s an elephant in front and behind).”
Though Yamini laughed it off, she told him, “Don’t say such things. What will my audience think?” She added with a laugh, “I’m making you the king, and you’re calling me an elephant!”
More Drama in the House
The November 23 episode brought even more clashes. Digvijay had a heated argument with contestants Vivian Dsena, Avinash Mishra, Alice Kaushik, and Eisha Singh over cooking duties. Meanwhile, Karan Veer Mehra and Avinash Mishra had their own fight. Karan Veer mocked Avinash’s career, and Avinash retaliated with comments about Karan Veer’s personal life.
For those unaware, Digvijay entered the Bigg Boss house as a wild card contestant, along with his rival Kashish Kapoor.
Wild Card Entries and Nominations
On November 19, Aditi Mistry, Edin Rose, and Yamini Malhotra also joined the show as wild card contestants. This week, the contestants nominated for eviction include Vivian Dsena, Chaahat Pandey, Avinash Mishra, Alice Kaushik, Digvijay Rathee, Kashish Kapoor, and Karan Veer Mehra.
In the upcoming episode, Digvijay is expected to get a special power that allows him to save Kashish from nominations. It remains to be seen whether he will use the power to save her or let her stay nominated.
