Bigg Boss 18: Edin Rose Criticizes Avinash Mishra, Calls Him a “Grown Man Who Needs Women to Defend Him”
Model and actress Edin Rose, a new wild card entry in Bigg Boss 18, is already creating waves. In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, Edin shared her unfiltered opinions about her fellow housemates, including Vivian Dsena, Avinash Mishra, Eisha Singh, and Alice Kaushik.
On Avinash Mishra
Edin didn’t hold back when asked about Avinash. She called him “a big cross” and expressed her dislike for his behavior. “If there’s one male contestant I don’t like in the house, it’s Avinash Mishra. He constantly expects women to defend him and complains if they don’t. Come on, you’re a grown man—you don’t need anyone to defend you,” she said bluntly.
On Eisha Singh and Vivian Dsena
Edin had good things to say about Vivian Dsena, describing him as someone she genuinely likes. As for Eisha Singh, Edin felt Eisha has a kind heart but often overlooks red flags because she gets close to people too quickly.
On Alice Kaushik
Edin’s remarks about Alice Kaushik were sharp. She claimed Alice gives off a “negative aura” and accused her of being jealous and insecure. “She nitpicks over small things and uses them to stir drama. I think she reeks of jealousy and insecurity. If she gets a chance with Avinash, she’ll take it without hesitation,” Edin stated.
On Digvijay and Kashish
Edin also commented on the wild card entries, Digvijay Singh Rathee and Kashish Kapoor, who were previously seen on Splitsvilla 15. While she likes both contestants from their earlier show, she feels disappointed with their performance in Bigg Boss 18.
Edin praised Digvijay for being loyal to his friends, especially Rajat Dalal, but expects much more from Kashish. “I feel like Kashish has a lot of potential but seems lost. I just want to go inside and tell her to wake up and show what she’s capable of,” Edin said.
