Bigg Boss 18: Nishant Malkani Shares Nyrraa Banerji’s Heartbreaking Story of Losing Her Father
Bigg Boss 18 contestant Nyrraa Banerji recently had a deep conversation with fellow housemate Alice Kaushik about her greatest fear. Now, her close friend Nishant Malkani has opened up about the tragic moment when Nyrraa lost her father and how it changed her life.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Nishant praised Nyrraa for being a great friend and shared the story of how she received the devastating news about her father’s passing. He revealed, “Many years ago, Nyrraa was shooting a movie abroad, and both she and her mother were traveling together. While they were on their way, her brother called to say their father had suffered a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital.”
Nishant continued, “Later, her brother informed them that their father had passed away. The last time Nyrraa saw her father was when she said goodbye before leaving for the airport. When she returned, he was already gone. She only saw him as a lifeless body, and they were preparing for his cremation. This was the biggest trauma of her life.”
Talking about how this connects Nyrraa and Alice, Nishant added, “This shared pain is why Nyrraa and Alice have bonded so deeply. Losing a father is a heartbreak that only those who have experienced it can truly understand. For a girl, it’s especially tough because fathers are often seen as protectors in their daughters’ lives.”
Nyrraa Banerji is known for her roles in TV shows like Divya Drishti, Excuse Me Maadam, Pishachini, and Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. She is currently competing in Bigg Boss Season 18.
In other Bigg Boss news, Hema Sharma was the first contestant to be evicted this season. Another contestant, Gunratan Sadavarte, had to leave due to work commitments. This week, contestants Avinash Mishra, Muskan Bamne, Rajat Dalal, Vivian Dsena, and Nyrraa Banerji are nominated for eviction, and one of them will be leaving the house soon.
