A heated fight broke out between Bigg Boss 18’s Rajat Dalal and Bigg Boss 13’s Asim Riaz at a recent event. The two reality TV stars got physically aggressive, and the situation escalated quickly. However, Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan stepped in just in time to stop them.
Rajat and Asim’s Fight Goes Viral
On March 29, a video of their altercation spread like wildfire on the internet. The clip shows Rajat and Asim arguing while sitting on a panel alongside Rubina Dilaik, Abhishek Malhan, and Shikhar Dhawan. The event was a press conference for the upcoming show “Battleground” on Amazon MX Player.
During the media interaction, Asim reportedly made an indirect comment about Rajat, which triggered him. Rajat immediately reacted, raising his voice and questioning Asim about his statement.
Asim then responded, saying, “Galla faad ke kuch nahi hota hai” (Yelling won’t help), before charging toward Rajat. Rajat, too, lunged at Asim, and the two started pushing each other aggressively.
Shikhar Dhawan Steps In
As their fight got intense, Shikhar Dhawan quickly intervened and tried to break it up. Meanwhile, Rubina Dilaik, who was seated between them, did not react or look back during the argument.
Was It All Scripted?
While the exact reason behind their fight is still unknown, many internet users believe it was staged for publicity. In the comment section of the viral video, one person wrote, “Kyu lag raha hai mujhe ye bhi scripted hai… show ki popularity ke liye” (Why does this feel scripted… just to promote the show?). Another user called it “cringe fake drama.”
As of now, Asim and Rajat have not released any statement about the incident.
