Bigg Boss 18 Written Update, October 14: Alice Kaushik Furious After Shrutika Raaj Accuses Her of Mocking South Indian Accent; Calls Her ‘Bloy B*h’
In the October 14 episode of Bigg Boss 18, the first captaincy task took place, but things quickly took a dramatic turn when Shrutika Raaj accused Alice Kaushik of making fun of her South Indian accent.
The episode started with a small disagreement between Alice Kaushik, Eisha Singh, and Avinash Mishra, which soon escalated into a misunderstanding. Despite the tension, the three discussed their issues and patched things up. During the conversation, Alice broke down, saying she feels vulnerable because everyone talks about their family, making her emotional.
The next morning, the housemates went about their usual routine, distributing breakfast and planning their day. However, a heated argument broke out between Shilpa Shirodkar and Avinash Mishra when Avinash refused to do any chores except cooking. This led to a big fight between Avinash and Karan Veer Mehra.
Later, Bigg Boss gathered all the contestants and asked them to choose the house’s captain. As part of the task, each contestant had to pin a doll representing a housemate who they believed was not capable of being the ‘Time God,’ the captain with the power to change past house decisions.
When it was Shrutika Raaj’s turn, she eliminated Alice Kaushik from the captaincy race. Shrutika gave two reasons: Alice didn’t spend enough time with all the housemates, often hanging out only with Eisha Singh and Avinash Mishra, and, more seriously, Alice mocked her South Indian accent by mimicking her multiple times. Shrutika explained that while she’s usually a good sport, she felt Alice was crossing the line.
In response, Alice said she never intended to mock Shrutika and that she found her accent “cute.” However, Shrutika insisted Alice had mimicked her several times in the changing room, accusing her of covering up her actions by calling it cute. Alice was frustrated and called Shrutika “stupid” for misunderstanding her.
After the task, Arfeen Khan became the first captain, also known as the ‘Time God.’ Alice, still upset, vented her frustrations to Eisha and Avinash. She expressed that Shrutika should have told her earlier if the mimicry was offensive, especially since Shrutika always laughed along. Alice mentioned how she enjoys learning languages and felt hurt that Shrutika painted her in a negative light. In her anger, Alice even called Shrutika a “bldy b*h” while discussing the matter with her friends.
Later, Alice and Shrutika tried to talk things out, but their discussion didn’t resolve anything, and Alice walked away, still angry.
The episode ended on a tense note, with no resolution in sight between Alice and Shrutika.
