Mannara Chopra, known for her appearance on Bigg Boss 18, is going through a heartbreaking time. Her father, Raman Rai Handa, passed away on June 16 after being unwell for the past few days. He was also the uncle of Bollywood actresses Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra.
Mannara Chopra’s Father Dies After Health Issues
As reported by Zoom, Raman Rai Handa had not been keeping well and was living in Delhi with his family. He is survived by his wife Kamini and daughters Mannara and Mitali. The exact reason for his passing hasn’t been revealed yet, but the news has deeply saddened both the family and fans.
Mannara Shares Emotional Tribute
Mannara posted a heartfelt message on her Instagram Story, confirming the loss. She wrote:
“With profound grief and sorrow, we inform the sad demise of our loving father who left us for his heavenly abode on June 16, 2025. He was the pillar of strength to our family.”
She also shared that his last rites will be held on June 18, 2025, at the Crematorium Ground in Amboli, Andheri West.

Mannara gained popularity after appearing on Bigg Boss 18, where viewers appreciated her lively and cheerful nature. Before the reality show, she worked in several Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada films.
