Bigg Boss 18’s Chaahat Pandey Reacts to News About Salman Khan’s Show Being Canceled
Bigg Boss, hosted by Salman Khan, is one of India’s most popular reality shows. Every season brings drama, fun, and entertainment, and fans wait eagerly to see what’s coming next. But recently, a report by Pinkvilla claimed that the upcoming season might not happen. This is because the show’s producer, Banijay Asia, has reportedly ended its partnership with Colors TV.
Now, Bigg Boss 18 contestant Chaahat Pandey has reacted to this shocking news. When asked by the paparazzi, she said she wasn’t aware of anything like that.
She told Viral Bhayani,
“I don’t know anything about this. I haven’t heard any news.”
She added,
“I don’t think Bigg Boss will ever shut down. Whatever issues are happening, they will be sorted out.”
Earlier, it was reported that Banijay Asia, the production house behind Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi, has decided to step away from producing these hit shows. This move is said to be because of internal issues within the company, which even led Endemol, another production partner, to pull out of its deal with Colors TV.
This behind-the-scenes drama reportedly started months ago but only recently became official. Now, this unexpected change has put the future of big shows like Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi at risk. There’s a chance that both shows could be canceled.
India Today also reported that popular celebrities like Orry, Isha Malviya, Munawar Faruqui, Khushboo Patani (Disha Patani’s sister), and boxer Neeraj Goyat were already selected for the next season of Khatron Ke Khiladi. Talks were also going on with other celebs.
However, because the producers suddenly backed out, the channel had to release the confirmed contestants from their schedules. This unexpected turn of events has reportedly upset host Rohit Shetty as well.
Let’s wait and see how the situation develops and whether our favorite reality shows will return to the screen soon.
