A shocking twist is coming in CID! The new promo hints that someone from within ACP Pradyuman’s own team might be planning to harm him.

Season 2 of CID has created quite a buzz, especially with Parth Samthaan joining the cast and Shivaji Satam making a comeback. The recent episodes have kept viewers hooked. Parth is now playing the role of the new ACP, and his clashes with the existing CID team have become a key part of the story.

In a brand-new promo shared by Sony TV, there’s a major twist. ACP Ayushmaan (played by Parth) warns ACP Pradyuman that someone in the CID team is a traitor and is planning to kill him. He tells Pradyuman that everyone in the team is a suspect. The promo’s caption reads, “Who is the traitor in Team CID?”

Fans are super excited to see ACP Pradyuman return to the show. Parth Samthaan’s entry as the new ACP also made headlines. It’s his first major TV role in five years, and while some viewers love his performance, others were unsure about him replacing such a respected actor like Shivaji Satam.

Speaking about the challenge, Parth said,
“With a show that’s been running for 20 years, replacing a veteran like Shivaji Sir is a huge deal. I’m a fan of his, and after working with him, I admire him even more.”

He also asked fans to give his character some time, promising that people would get used to him and start liking his version of the ACP after watching him for a few weeks.

Besides Parth Samthaan, CID Season 2 features many familiar faces like Dayanand Shetty, Narendra Gupta, Aditya Srivastava, Hrishikesh Pandey, and others in key roles.
