She also criticized his use of public relations to present a false narrative.
Kaur began by questioning Patel’s actions after he learned about the FIR (First Information Report) filed against him. She pointed out that Patel had three days in India to go to the police and tell his side of the story, but instead, he chose to leave the country. “You had three days in India after knowing about the FIR. If what you’re saying is true, you would have gone to the police station instead of running away and sending statements through your PR team,” Kaur expressed in her Instagram story.
She also took issue with Patel referring to their wedding as an “event” instead of a marriage. Kaur emphasized the importance of marriage in Indian culture, calling his description disrespectful. “Calling our wedding an event is shameful… In India, it’s called marriage,” she stated. She also dismissed Patel’s mention of being a British citizen, saying it doesn’t matter whether a criminal is an NRI (Non-Resident Indian) or not.
Kaur accused Patel of fleeing the country with his new girlfriend instead of working on their marital problems. She shared her disappointment that Patel chose not to return to India to fix their relationship. “I came to India and spoke about work because I didn’t want to discuss family problems. I had hope that you would take a flight to India to fix this, but you chose to take that flight with your new girlfriend instead. Shame on both of you,” Kaur wrote.
Kaur also questioned Patel’s role as a parent, mentioning his children. She hinted that there are more stories to tell about what he did with their child, Jaydon, and promised to reveal them soon. “I have given nothing but love to Aari and will continue to do so. But what you did with Jaydon is a story that hasn’t been told yet, but it will be soon,” she added.
Kaur also addressed Patel’s claim that she had difficulty adjusting to life in Kenya. She insisted that she was fully committed to building a life with him there and even engaged in activities like painting and writing stories to contribute financially. “I was happy to be married and start a life with you in Kenya. I even sold a painting to your colleague, remember? I was happy to be a housewife and would have found a way to earn money there as you wanted me to,” Kaur shared, showing her dedication to their life together.
In her closing statement, Kaur emphasized that she is seeking justice for herself and their children. “I went to the police station because I believe in justice and that a man like you should be punished so that our kids learn to stand up for what’s right,” she declared.
Kaur ended her response by criticizing Patel’s use of PR tactics, saying, “The legal system gives justice, not a paid PR team.” She questioned why Patel would return to India if his story was true, suggesting that his actions were more about gaining publicity than anything else.
