Diwali 2024 EXCLUSIVE: Dheeraj Dhoopar Shares His Eco-Friendly Diwali Plans
It’s Diwali, and all around India, homes and streets are glowing with lights and candles. While many celebrate with fireworks and parties, actor Dheeraj Dhoopar has special plans for an eco-friendly Diwali. Here’s how he plans to enjoy the festival.
Dheeraj, currently playing the role of Subhaan in Rabb Se Hai Dua, shared, “Diwali has always been special for me. It’s full of happiness, warmth, and memories I’ll never forget. Growing up in Delhi, I loved the huge Diwali celebrations. Decorating the house with lights and enjoying sweets are things I always look forward to.”
As a father of a two-year-old, Dheeraj explained how he’ll be celebrating with his family this year. He said, “My son Zayn loves crackers, but we’re focused on having an eco-friendly Diwali. We’ll be using green crackers to keep the environment in mind. Diwali is about quality time with family and friends, and I’m excited to meet loved ones and make new memories. I wish everyone a safe, happy, and green Diwali full of love and light.”
For those who don’t know, Dheeraj married his wife Vinny Arora in 2016, and they welcomed their son in August 2022. The couple often shares moments with their fans on social media.
On the work front, Dheeraj is a well-known face in the TV industry with hit shows like Kundali Bhagya, Kumkum Bhagya, and Sasural Simar Ka. He also made his OTT debut in 2023 with Tatlubaaz and has appeared in several music videos.
