In her caption, Drashti talked about how important it is to work out during pregnancy but emphasized that it should always be done with the help of a professional. Drashti also pointed out that staying active during pregnancy can lower the risk of complications. “In fact, exercise is not dangerous for your baby. There is evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labor,” she added.

She mentioned the many benefits of working out, like having more energy, gaining less weight, being better prepared for labor, helping the baby’s neuromotor skills, recovering faster after delivery, and reducing back and pelvic pain.

However, Drashti also reminded everyone that each pregnancy is different and advised expecting mothers to talk to their doctor and a professional trainer before starting any exercise routine.
