Bigg Boss 18: Ektaa Kapoor Chooses THIS Contestant for Naagin 7, Says ‘Only One Name Comes to Mind’
On the November 8 episode of Bigg Boss 18, Ektaa Kapoor stepped in for Salman Khan to host Shukravar Ka Vaar. As soon as she entered, she shook things up by giving the contestants a reality check and even hinted at casting for her popular show Naagin 7. Joking at first, she then revealed that she would pick Sara Arfeen Khan as the face of Naagin 7 based on looks.
Ektaa mentioned that each time she visits the Bigg Boss house, she finds potential actors for her shows. This time, she even had Chaahat Pandey audition alongside Vivian Dsena. Turning to Sara Arfeen Khan, Ektaa said, “Only one name comes to mind for Naagin—Sara Arfeen Khan. Based on looks, I would choose you for the role.”
Sara simply nodded in response. Ektaa then brought up recent incidents involving Sara’s breakdown, her comments toward Eisha Singh and Avinash Mishra, and her argument with Vivian Dsena. She asked if the other housemates thought Sara’s behavior was just “drama” because she was nominated. Most of the housemates agreed, but Sara defended herself, saying the issues started earlier and that Avinash had provoked her first. She added that her actions were all part of the game.
Ektaa seemed pleased with Sara’s response, saying that it’s good Sara admitted to playing the game and should be open about it.
For those unfamiliar, Naagin is Ektaa Kapoor’s popular supernatural series, which first aired in 2015 with Mouni Roy. The most recent season, Naagin 6, featured Tejasswi Prakash as the lead and has wrapped up, with rumors swirling about a Naagin 7 but no official announcement yet.
In tonight’s episode of Weekend Ka Vaar, Rohit Shetty will join Bigg Boss 18, filling in as the host for Salman Khan.
