Popular content creator Elvish Yadav, who became a household name after appearing on reality shows, recently shared an unexpected reason for turning down Khatron Ke Khiladi. In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, Elvish opened up about why he rejected the offer, and the reason left many surprised.
Elvish Yadav Confirms He Rejected Khatron Ke Khiladi
Elvish has been part of several popular reality shows, including Bigg Boss OTT 2 and MTV Roadies XX, where he appeared as a gang leader and won hearts with his performance. In the interview, Elvish was asked if he would join Khatron Ke Khiladi, the action-packed stunt reality show.
Elvish replied with a smile, saying:
“Khatron Ke Khiladi is a big show. But no, I won’t do it (laughs).”
When asked why he turned it down, Elvish gave a hilarious but honest reason:
“It’s because of the crocodiles. I say this every time. I’m really scared of them. I even told the makers – either keep crocodiles in the show or keep me!”
Even His Mom Is Against It!
He went on to share more:
“Yes, they offered me the show. But crocodiles are involved. My mom doesn’t want me to be around crocodiles either!”
Though the show’s team assured him that crocodiles aren’t part of every stunt, Elvish still wasn’t convinced. He explained that no matter what, he just doesn’t feel comfortable doing anything involving them.
Would He Do MTV Roadies Again?
When asked if he would return to MTV Roadies as a gang leader, Elvish responded excitedly:
“Of course, I would do it again. It’s a great show! Who would say no to such a big show? Just maybe with a couple of conditions.”
What Is Elvish Doing Now?
After Bigg Boss OTT 2 and Roadies XX, Elvish is currently seen on Laughter Chefs, a fun celebrity cooking show. Interestingly, he’s also winning hearts there — not just with his humor, but with his cooking skills too.
