A video clip from his podcast featuring television actress Ankita Lokhande and her husband Vicky Jain has resurfaced, where Elvish age-shames Ankita by asking if she would play Alia Bhatt’s mother in a movie.

What Did Elvish Yadav Say?

In the viral video, Elvish Yadav asks Ankita Lokhande:
“Wikipedia mentions your age as 40. Will you act in a movie with Alia Bhatt? As her mother?”

Ankita, who is currently working with Elvish on Laughter Chefs: Entertainment Unlimited Season 2, looks visibly uncomfortable and responds:
“Why? Does a woman become old at 40? Do I look 40 to you?”

Even after her response, Elvish keeps insisting, asking if she would take up the role. Ankita firmly replies:
“No, because I do not look like Alia Bhatt’s mother.”

Elvish Yadav’s comments didn’t sit well with social media users, who slammed him for being disrespectful.
