Actor Brad Pitt is back with one of the most awaited movies of the year – F1. In this film, Pitt plays Sonny Hayes, a former race car driver who returns to the track later in life. The trailer, released by Warner Bros., is directed by Joe Kosinski, who also directed Top Gun: Maverick.

Storyline
According to the official plot:
“In the 1990s, Sonny Hayes was one of Formula 1’s most promising drivers. But an accident nearly ended his career. Now, 30 years later, the owner of a struggling F1 team asks him to make a comeback and race again.”
Sonny races alongside the team’s new rising star and soon learns that redemption isn’t something you can achieve alone.
Real Racing on Screen
Director Joe Kosinski revealed that both Brad Pitt and Damon Idris actually drove real F1 cars for the movie, adding to the film’s realism and excitement.
Release Date
F1 is all set to release in theaters on June 27, 2025.
