On September 7th, the much-awaited festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated. To mark this special occasion, Sudhanshu Pandey spoke exclusively to apne tv about his Ganesh Chaturthi plans and shared a special message for his fans.
Sudhanshu shared, “Like every year, Bappa is coming home again this year. These 1.5 to 2 days are always the most amazing time for us. We aren’t originally from Mumbai, but for the last 25 to 27 years, we’ve been celebrating Ganpati every year. We love decorating the house, welcoming guests, and creating a beautiful atmosphere during these two days.”
He continued, “During this festival, we truly embrace the saying Atithi Devo Bhava, treating our guests like gods. It feels like Bappa is right there with us, and the entire vibe is divine. This year, we’ll do the same—decorate our home, prepare food, welcome guests, and enjoy serving Bappa.”
When asked if he ever felt personally blessed by Lord Ganpati, Sudhanshu said, “Whenever Bappa is home, it feels like he’s right there, watching over us and blessing us. He’s a guiding force in my life. I also pray to Mahakal, his father. For me, both Father and Son are like home.”
He added, “I always take Bappa’s name before leaving the house, starting my car, or doing anything important. He’s a part of everything I do, all day long.”
Reflecting on the festival, Sudhanshu mentioned, “Every year, it’s like Bappa comes and goes so quickly. Before you know it, he’s back again. It’s such a special and unbelievable festival that we all love and enjoy deeply.”
Before wrapping up, Sudhanshu shared a message for his fans: “Celebrate and welcome Bappa with open hearts. Enjoy the positivity and divinity that this festival brings. If you’re going out for Visarjan, please be mindful of others. Celebrate responsibly and ensure that no one is disturbed. Stay blessed!”
The Apne Tv team wishes everyone a very Happy Ganesh Chaturthi!
